Student and staff PVC cards
Durable plastic identity cards for schools, colleges and workplaces — printed from your list of names and photographs.
A paper card laminated at the school office lasts a term. A properly printed PVC card is the same material as a bank card and lasts the whole time the student or member of staff is with you.

- Signature strip or emergency contact on the reverse
Producing a full intake
Send us a spreadsheet of names and numbers and a folder of photographs named to match, and we will design one card layout, proof it, and print the whole intake from it.
Photographs are what usually holds a card job up. Plain background, face square to the camera, taken in even light. Phone photographs are fine if they are sharp — a blurred photograph prints blurred.

What do you need from us to start?
A spreadsheet of names and numbers, a folder of photographs named so each one matches a row, and your crest. We handle the layout and send a proof of one card before printing the batch.
How good do the photographs need to be?
Sharp, evenly lit, plain background, face square on. A phone camera is fine. We cannot improve a blurred or very dark photograph — it will print exactly as blurred as it arrives.
Can you print cards for new students mid-year?
Yes. Once your layout exists we can add individuals to it at any point, so late arrivals get the same card as everyone else.
