Name badges
Full-colour staff badges with your crest, domed for a hard-wearing finish, made one at a time or for a whole institution.
A name badge is worn every day, knocked against desks and doorframes, and cleaned more often than anything else a person wears. A printed label under a plastic cover does not survive that. A domed badge does.
How they are made
The badge is printed in full colour — crest, name, role, any number or grade — then finished with a clear domed coating that seals the print under a hard, slightly raised surface. It cannot be scratched off, and it wipes clean.

Ordering for a whole institution
Send a list of names with each person's role exactly as it should appear, and we will set the whole batch to one layout so every badge in your institution matches. Individual replacements later are set from the same layout, so a new badge does not look different from the rest.
Check the spelling on your list carefully. A badge is printed with the name on it, so a spelling mistake means a reprint rather than a correction.

Can we order a single replacement badge?
Yes. If we have made badges for your institution before, we set the replacement from the same layout so it matches the rest exactly.
How should we send the list of names?
A spreadsheet or a typed list is ideal: full name as it should be printed, role or grade, and any number. Please proofread it — the badge is printed exactly as the list reads.
Will the printing wear off?
No. The print sits under a hard clear dome rather than on the surface, so day-to-day handling and cleaning do not reach it.
